Gold Plated Diamond Mugappu Chain models for Ladies - Gold-plated jewellery with a guarantee, featuring plain mugappu chain designs for women with a real gold–like finish, ideal for daily wear.
This mugappu thali chain beautifully imitates real gold jewellery with its elegant white stone design. The chain has a 3 mm thickness and a 24-inch length. The total length of the chain, including the mugappu (side pendant), is 30 inches. The mugappu shown in the image can be worn on either the left or right side, making it versatile for both styles.
The chain does not have an openable hook and is suitable for customers who prefer a 30-inch chain that can be worn directly over the head.
Customers are advised to check the 3 mm width on a small scale to understand how wide the chain will appear when worn. The chain design is not flexible, as it is a continuous round roll chain with a 3 mm thickness. The photograph shown is not scaled to size.
The base metal is copper, plated with gold using advanced micro-plating technology. The stones used are semi-precious. For daily wear, the gold colour lasts approximately 6 months to 1 year. For occasional use, the colour can last more than one year.

In Case of Return:
Customer is responsible for returning the product back to us, with exactly the same packing materials along with the warranty tag intact and gifts if any, which was shipped within the product. After receiving the product from the customer, Quality check team will inspect the product and initiate the refund as per procedure described below.
Please Note:
Customer has to share the reverse AWB (Courier Tracking Code) within 7 Days from receiving the product, failing which the product will not be eligible for 14-days return/refund.
In Case of Refund:
- Customers who have paid online, will get their refund back to their source Bank Account or as Store Credits to Wallet
- Customers who have opted for Cash on Delivery will be eligible for 100% refund in terms of Store Credits to Wallet only. Refund amount cannot be credited to any third party bank account.
- The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in 2 working days.
- This policy is only for customers in India and we won't be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
In Case of Replacement:
Customer is responsible for returning the product back to us, with exactly the same packing materials along with the warranty tag intact and gifts if any, which was shipped within the product. After receiving the product from the customer, Quality check team will take 2 to 3 days to ship the replacement product back to the customer.
Received Wrong/Damaged Item:
We have an efficient team which checks the quality of the product and packs them with three layer of cardboard and bubble wrap protection, to ensures the product reaches safely in customer hands. On some very rare cases, there could be a faulty/wrong item delivered.
On delivery of wrong/damaged item, customer has to report the wrong/damaged item within 24hrs after the product is delivered. Since there are chances for the customers to use the jewellery and return back to us, we strictly follow 24 hrs timeline to report wrong or damaged items. Failing which the product return/refund will not considered under any circumstances.
6 Months / 1 Year Guarantee:
After 14 days of purchase, the product falls under 6 months/ 1 year guarantee as per your invoice/ purchase bill. In case of any gold plating/colour issues during this period, the customer has to send the product back to us. Customer has to self ship the product to our shop address. (One way shipping charges has to be beard by the customer). The faulty product will be re-plated with pure 24 ct Gold (micro) or Antique Gold (as per the product nature) and will be sent back to the customer within 5 working days.
All orders placed on or before 5:00 PM will be shipped on the same/next day.
Prepaid / Paid Orders are shipped through Express shipping method and will reach the customers as follows:
a.) within Tamilnadu - Next business day delivery.
b.) within south India - within 2 - 3 business days delivery.
c.) other states of India - within 3 - 5 business days delivery.
d.) remote villages which are delivered by India Post within 7 working days.
Cash On Delivery Orders are shipped through Standard shipping method and will reach the customers as follows:
a.) within Tamilnadu - within 4 - 6 business days delivery.
