We use DHL, FEDEX, Aramex and India Post to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you. The following policies apply and supersede all site-wide and seller policies related to shipping, returns and refunds for orders being shipped to addresses outside India.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled by the buyer.
- Exchanges and returns of the products will be allowed only if incorrect items are shipped.
- Cost of shipping outside India is charged separately as per the above countries zonal list and will be displayed during check-out, this charge does not include customs duties or any international taxes.
- If you order more than one item, they will be shipped together to save shipping cost charged to you.
- Customs clearance, Duty & other International Taxes etc. if applicable may have to be arranged and borne by the buyer in accordance with their local laws.
- In case items are returned to Wholesalecovering due to local laws, customs, taxes etc. in the buyer's country, only the cost of the item will be refunded, shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases.
